Cancellations & Refunds Policy
You can cancel your order provided the gift has not yet been prepared or on some occasions when it has not yet left our premises. You will not be able to cancel your order once our florist has prepared the arrangement and on occasions where certain flowers or items are arranged on special request.
If you need to cancel an order please contact us by WhatsApp, phone or by sending us an email at [email protected].
Refunds are returned to the original payment method used, within 7 business days. We are unable to refund creations when the receiver has refused to accept the delivery.
We want you to be happy and satisfied with our service. If you feel we did not deliver what you expected or what was promised we would want to find a solution for you after having a discussion about your grievances. This may include sending the flowers or gifts again or even processing a refund.
Our Gift Spot Private Limited reserves the right to cancel any order that may appear suspicious or fraudulent. We also reserve the right to cancel any orders that are incomplete or unpaid and the customer cannot be contacted.
